Shipping Information


    All DOMESTIC orders take about 3-4 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. All INTERNATIONAL orders take a minimum of 7 days for delivery from the date of dispatch. We at D’oro Fashions are aiming to deliver Domestic orders within 7 days & International orders within 10 days from the order date.     We at D’oro Fashions are now delivering to more than 150 countries around the world and are offering different shipping options as applicable. Domestic shipping will be absolutely FREE at No extra Cost as we have partnered with the best of courier services for shipment of products in India. International shipping will only be free for customers outside India, shopping above Rs. 20000/-

    For orders on CASH ON DELIVERY, there is an extra charge of 99/- per every 0.5kg package or cart billing of 2000/- whichever is higher and will be calculated by the operating system automatically. CASH ON DELIVERY option is not applicable for International orders.     Ready to ship & Make to order are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization. We aim to dispatch all ready to Ship orders within 24 hours with the exception of sale periods where it may take up to 72 hours & Make to orders within 20 days from order date. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any order delivery delays caused by genuine courier service issues & destination customs clearance processes. We will be unable to cancel/exchange/redirect/re-ship orders once items have been dispatched. All orders will require a signature upon receipt as proof of delivery.


    We at D’oro Fashions insure each order during the time it is under transit until it is delivered to the customer. The Courier service requires a signature for any goods delivered as Proof of delivery, at which point responsibility for the purchased goods passes to the customer. If  the customer have specified a recipient who is not the customer for delivery purposes (for example as a gift) then the customer accepts that evidence of a signature by them (or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfilment by D’oro Fashions and transfer of responsibility in the same manner.


    We at D’oro Fashions always make sure of No extra Cost to be beard by our customers.

    For our Indian Customers, our product prices displayed, i.e. M.R.P. is inclusive of all taxes and duties.

    For our International Customers, Most countries are shipped to on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. As the customer, you are liable to pay for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are located in, payment of these at the time of delivery is necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.     Any such items notified by our customs or our courier companies to be restricted and/or banned and/or prohibited from shipping outside India from time to time (including but not limited to animals, bullion, currency, bearer from negotiable instruments, precious metals and stones, firearms or parts thereof and ammunition, human remains, pornography and illegal narcotics/drugs) will be banned/restricted from shipping.
