RECEIVED ANY PRODUCT DAMAGE/DEFECT?
We would be extremely SORRY for the Damage/Defect of product received by you due to various reasons for which we at D’ORO Fashions will make sure of immediate exchange/replacement of product. For any such Query/Complaint kindly email us on [email protected] or connect through Whatsapp on +919820623384 within 48 hours of delivery time with a product picture & your order number for immediate action from our team. We will make sure to reach your query within 48hours of the complaint raised.
RETURNS OR EXCHANGE?
- We at D’oro Fashions do not accept Return of Product/Products and refund of the purchase once the order is processed or shipped from our warehouse. We will provide a credit note or store credit on request against the same.
- The product can only be exchanged for another product of the same value or against credit note or store credit. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative product, you can return it to our warehouse address shared with the purchase and purchase a new item/product separately against your credit note or store credit.
- The product for Return has to be UNUSED with complete tags intact & attached. Your purchased items will be considered for credit only if it is unused and with all tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or soiled may not be accepted by our quality warehouse team and may be sent back to the customer. Please inform our customer care department in the event of any Goods/products delivered without tags or with any damage. The shipping charges of any such return are to be borne by the customer itself.
- We at D’ORO Fashions have made every effort to display our product Pictures as accurately as possible, the colours of our products that appear on the Website. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will be completely accurate. - We at D’ORO Fashions tend to expertise on Customisation of products on demand. But as well customisation of products depends on the availability of certain raw materials/products and can differ from the original product. We would definitely try to make sure to reach the best of design to satisfy our customer and the same will be communicated by all means to the customer before the final delivery. Also on request early delivery orders will be considered as custom make to order. Customisation orders will not be allowed for return or exchange at any point of time.
- We at D’ORO Fashions tend to pass on the Best Offers possible to our customers. So the purchase of products made through Sale periods/EOSS/BULK DISCOUNTS/FLASH SALE or any such timely offers will not be accepted for returns or exchange at any point of time.
You acknowledge that these terms of returns and exchange are limited to direct sale by D’ORO Fashions to the customer and that these terms of returns and exchange are not available in case of a sale by a third party and invoice which shall be governed by the terms of such sale. Goods once sold can only be exchanged for replacement or store credit if they meet our terms and conditions. To return an item, the customer must write to us at [email protected] and a prompt response within 48hours is assured to such emails. Alternatively, the customer may even call us at our customer care number +919820623384 which remains open from 10.00am to 7.00pm for 6 DAYS (Monday to Saturday). We will not be liable for any damages caused to the product during return transit initiated by the customer.
