Cancellations and Returns

We are here to provide you the best of service and deliver to the promise we’ve made to you! Please keep the following pointers in mind:

RETURN / MODIFICATION :

    • In case the product received has any DEFECT/DAMAGE, please notify us on OUR CUSTOMER CARE orders@dorofashions.com with your ORDER / INVOICE NO. within 48 hrs of receiving the product. We will address the issue in a manner, favorable to you, and reprocess your order if required.
    • While there is no option for customers to cancel the order on their own once the payment is made, you can get in touch with our Customer Care within 24 hours with your order number BY MAIL. As long as your order has not been processed, we can cancel it and refund your amount.
    • You can modify an order until it has gone into processing, for which you should get in touch with Customer Care by mail to orders@dorofashions.com.
    • Products/Items should be UNUSED.
    • Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
    • It is advised that the return package should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.

 

CANCELLATION / REFUND : 

    • There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product to your satisfaction at no extra cost.
    • In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team by mail to orders@dorofashios.com who will guide you on the process for the same
    • The return process of the product can be restricted depending on the nature and category of the product.
    • Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 – 14 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
    • Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to the bank account.
    • For orders placed through Gift Certificates / Vouchers of D’oro, refund would be provided in form of a fresh Gift Certificate / Voucher of the same value.
    • Orders by Cash on delivery will be paid back by means of Credit note for next purchase.
